Selected work

AI systems built for the real operating path.

Customer experience is only one layer. The work also accounts for changing data, human judgment, operating boundaries, and what a team can verify afterward.

How I help

Advise, design, and build—at the level the work needs.

Some teams need a decision before they need a system. Others need a sound operating design or an implementation that can be used and reviewed.

About

Why I do this

I built weed.menu because choosing cannabis should feel personal, not overwhelming—and because the people behind the counter deserve tools that support their judgment. Building it pulled me deep into the operating details: changing menus, incomplete product data, customer uncertainty, and the moment a recommendation needs a human handoff. That work shaped how I approach every AI system. The visible experience matters, but so do the controls, evidence, and recovery paths behind it. I work closely with teams to make both sides clear, useful, and accountable.
