Make the business real.
Before weed.menu, I founded and operated The Original Psilly, an independent functional mushroom supplement business. I built a tangible product line and the customer experience around it.
I was responsible for product, inventory, labeling, fulfillment, delivery logistics, customer communication, and the numbers behind each order. Those details taught me what it takes to carry an idea into someone's hands.
Follow the problem through.
A count that was off, a late handoff, or unclear information could become a customer problem immediately. The cause was often upstream: the way a record was kept, a missing handoff, or an assumption nobody had written down.
I learned to slow down, trace the whole path, and build simple processes that made errors visible earlier. Product decisions, inventory, communication, and reconciliation had to work together.
What I carried forward.
I judge an idea by whether it works for a real person on an ordinary, messy day. Stay close to the people doing the work. Notice where the friction is. Make the solution easier to use than the workaround.
That is the mindset I brought to weed.menu: start with the human reality, build the smallest useful thing, and keep improving it with evidence.
If your idea needs someone who cares about both the experience and the operation behind it, let’s talk.
